the location was very convenient to the park. the bar offered good food, and i found the breakfast selection satisfying. the staff was pleasant and helpful .

I was disappointed that my room lacked a balcony. also, the hotel did not offer foxtel tv coverage, unusual. there was no room service available. I had to leave the card on the door, and it wasn't serviced until the next morning.

Decent Location, but Some Issues

The location was acceptable as it was near the botanical garden.

The room lacked an iPad to order food, a real letdown. I also noticed black mold on the shower door, a problem I found unacceptable. The shower head looked old too, and the cold and hot discs were missing tapes.

EXCELLENT STAY NEAR BOTANICAL GARDENS

The location was fabulous since i visited lightscape. It's in the botanical gardens directly across the road. i had lunch in the lobby bar. The club sandwich was the best i've had in years. dinner in the walnut restaurant was also a lovely experience. all the staff were good to interact with. the bed was comfy and the room was a great size.

my main complaint regards the lack of room service. i was advised to leave the 'make up my room' card on the door. the card was on the door at 9am. it remained there upon my return at 9pm! the only service occurred the next morning before checkout.

I enjoyed the free drink vouchers and cookies we got with our premium room. The king size bed was comfortable. Air conditioning was already on. This provided a cool temperature when we arrived on a hot day.

the location is across from the botanical gardens. i found a great coffee shop there at the receptionist's suggestion, it was lovely. breakfast was also a must. it included a huge, very fresh buffet.

The room needed some tlc, especially the bathroom. I saw black mold on the shower door and shower head. the cold and hot discs were missing tapes, i thought the room was tired.
